NWS-360 is Northwoods’ always-on website operations retainer. Clients pay a monthly fee for a private digital operations department covering SEO, accessibility, privacy/consent, security, uptime, analytics, performance, and UX — at a fraction of the cost of staffing those roles in-house.
Tier 1 — Marketing Funnel
Free 10-page scan for prospects. Fast checks across CMP, accessibility, CWV, SEO, GA4, 404s. Email capture, report delivered immediately.
Tier 2 — Sales Funnel
Paid deeper assessments (~$50). Full CMP scan and expanded checks. Payment method TBD.
Tier 3 — Client Portal
Per-client dashboard. Monthly retainer $4K–$6K / 30–40 hrs. Full multi-section health view updated by ADs.
