What is NWS-360?

NWS-360 is Northwoods’ always-on website operations retainer. Clients pay a monthly fee for a private digital operations department covering SEO, accessibility, privacy/consent, security, uptime, analytics, performance, and UX — at a fraction of the cost of staffing those roles in-house.

Tier 1 — Marketing Funnel

Free 10-page scan for prospects. Fast checks across CMP, accessibility, CWV, SEO, GA4, 404s. Email capture, report delivered immediately.

Tier 2 — Sales Funnel

Paid deeper assessments (~$50). Full CMP scan and expanded checks. Payment method TBD.

Tier 3 — Client Portal

Per-client dashboard. Monthly retainer $4K–$6K / 30–40 hrs. Full multi-section health view updated by ADs.

  • All ADs have access; no separate auth (VPN sufficient)
  • Data feeds the client portal in real time
Why this matters: The AD portal is the internal accountability engine. If we’re not tracking deliveries, we can’t guarantee we’re delivering what we sell.

How this works: At kickoff, the AD and SMEs capture baseline metrics for every active service. Targets are agreed with the client. Every monthly report shows the delta. The retainer renews because clients can see the numbers moving.
